Load binaries and environment:
------------------------------

-> Version v0.3.5

module load bioinfo/bamstats-v0.3.5

Warning! By default all cpu are used on the node. Don't forget to adjust -c option of bamstats command and --cpus-per-task option for Slurm.

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/Bamstats/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_bamstats-v0.3.5.sh
