Load dependencies:
module load bioinfo/samtools-1.3.1 bioinfo/bamtools-2.4.1

Load BamBam module:
module load bioinfo/bambam-1.4

Example directory for use on cluster:

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/BamBam/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_bambam-1.4.sh
