module load bioinfo/BAMscorer-1.4

python $BAMSCORER_HOME/BAMscorer ...

Example directory for use on cluster:

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/BAMscorer/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_BAMscorer-1.4.sh
