Load binaries and environment:

#Need Python3 and R
module load system/Python-3.6.3 system/R-3.4.3 (you can test others versions).

module load bioinfo/Assemblytics-v1.2.1

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/Assemblytics/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_Assemblytics-v1.2.1.sh
